Glass Soldier is national nonprofit that develops technology, policy, and training’s focused on eliminating sexual assault in the Armed Forces. We are challenging the powers that be and building solutions that make a positive impact for survivors. We seek reform to ensure all survivors and service members are provided a safe, respectful work environment and have access to a fair, impartially administered system of justice.
We are a passionate team that is duty-bound and data-driven for ending the epidemic of rape and sexual assault in the armed forces and to combating a culture of pervasive misogyny, sexual harassment, and retribution against victims.
Integrity holds us to the highest standards and allows us to build trust in our community and organization. Striving to do what we believe is moral and just, to act truthfully and honestly, even when no one is watching.
Vulnerability is at the core of meaningful human experience. In being vulnerable, we find power in having the courage and willingness to show up and share our ideas. It is incredibly brave to put yourself out there and be judged by others. As a team, we use our vulnerablity to show compassion and connect with others.
To truly live this value, we welcome the hard conversations and don’t make assumptions – ask and answer questions. Rely on each other to find solutions. Our people are our toughest critics, our biggest challengers, and our loudest supporters.
