Operation RESPECT

Recognizing, Educating, and Strengthening Prevention Efforts for Combatting Threats

Evidence-based training that equips military leaders with the knowledge and tools to prevent sexual assault and harassment within the ranks.

INTRODUCTION

Operation RESPECT is a series of psychoeducational training modules designed to teach military personnel how to be empathetic leaders, recognize signs and symptoms of mental health concerns, and effectively intervene to prevent sexual assault and harassment.

Our primary mission is to use social innovation as a weapon to combat sexual violence. Through survivor-centered teaching, collaborative education, and transparent data, we are working to end sexual assault and harassment within our military structure.

The training program can be customized to align with specific unit requirements and training schedules. Designed for quarterly implementation, this program ensures a continuous approach to enhancing the foundation of prevention.
